SHIPPING POLICY

We offer tailored shipping options depending on the type of artwork and destination:

  • Prints: A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 is applied to all print orders.

  • Original Artworks: The cost of shipping original pieces is calculated based on the size, weight, and location. All shipping fees for original works will be clearly stated during checkout. These pieces are shipped directly from the artist, ensuring authenticity and care.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your delivery progress. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): Typically, delivery is completed within 7-10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery may take 10-21 business days, depending on the location and any customs processes that might occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that apply to their destination country. These are not included in our shipping fees and vary by country. We recommend that customers check with their local customs office for any additional charges.

HANDLING & PACKAGING

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Original pieces are wrapped securely, and prints are packaged in protective tubes or flat packages, depending on the size. For large or particularly fragile works, specialized packaging may be used. We take care to ensure safe transport, but if any damages occur during shipping, please see our returns policy below.


RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Kartù Gallery, our goal is to provide you with artwork that exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. We offer a returns policy that covers the following scenarios:

CHANGE OF MIND

As each item is custom-made or one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when selecting your artwork.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. To initiate the return, you will need to:

  1. Contact us via email, providing your order number and photographs showing the damage.

  2. Provide a statement from the delivery carrier (if possible), which helps us resolve the issue with our shipping partners.

  3. Once the damage is verified, we offer the following options:

    • Full Refund: If the damage is irreparable, a full refund, including shipping fees, will be issued.

    • Replacement or Repair: In cases of minor damage, we may offer a repair service (for original works) or send a replacement (for prints).

    • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will track the package and, if deemed lost, will offer a replacement or full refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For all approved returns due to damage or defects, Kartù Gallery will cover return shipping costs. If the damage is deemed repairable, we will arrange for the artwork to be returned and repaired at no additional cost to you.
