Dragon and Forest Details

Amy is a Tasmanian grown, Melbourne based artist who uses her botanical knowledge and passion for collecting natural treasures in the creation of her paintings. Her themes of mixing macabre with pretty, death with life and abstract with literal reflect her celebration of the weird and wild. Her use of circular boards is evocative of portals that dive into the world of mind and imagination. Amy’s work invites viewers to find joy in the stories held within the treasures we gather and cherish.
